I know exactly how it feels to work harder and harder and still don’t feel fulfilled. When everything looked successful on the outside, I felt overworked and disconnected on the inside. I kept asking myself why it didn’t feel good, even though I thought I was doing all the right things.
I knew I wanted to grow, but not by sacrificing my wellbeing.
So I restructured everything. I focused on the real high-impact actions and aligned my strategy with feminine performance. Now, I help other ambitious women do the same. I support female entrepreneurs in growing aligned, profitable businesses. Not by working harder, but by stepping into their role as the Feminine CEO. My journey to Feminine CEO
I spent years climbing the corporate ladder in HR. I led big teams, earned well, built two successful businesses, and reached solid six-figure years. But behind the scenes, I was running on empty. My hormones were out of balance, my energy was drained, and I felt completely disconnected from myself.
That’s when I started to make changes. First, I focused on healing my body. Then I began to see how the way we’re taught to work, live, and lead doesn’t serve us as women. I became a certified hormone therapist and worked with women on restoring their health. I absolutely loved supporting women in getting their energy and balance back. But I also saw that true healing required more than lifestyle and nutrition.
I realised that my mission was bigger than health alone
We had to look at how they worked, their mindset, and how they showed up in their career or business. I helped them set boundaries, restructure their days, and create a new way of leading themselves.
And as they began to feel more energized and in control, they started asking me:
“Roos, how do you do it? How is it that you run two successful businesses, have time for yourself, a social life, and are still on top of your game in a calm way?”
That’s when something clicked. I realised that my mission was bigger than health alone. Helping women step into their role as the Feminine CEO — that’s where I felt most aligned. So I reshaped my business and chose to fully focus on supporting fempreneurs.
And so this new chapter in my business began. Today, I help ambitious women build aligned, profitable businesses. With structure, clarity, and a way of working that honours their energy. Not only from masculine drive, but by leading from feminine performance.
