For a long time, my life ran on coffee, deadlines, and the constant pressure to perform. I was climbing the corporate ladder, saying yes to everything, moving fast every day, and silently hoping my body would keep up.
Until one day, it did not.
My body said no more.
And that moment changed everything.
With so many new women finding their way into my world, it feels like the right time to share this story again. So here it is. A little reintroduction, from my heart to yours.
Who I Was Before Roos and Co
Hi, I am Roos. Feminine Performance and Business Coach and founder of Roos and Co. But my journey into entrepreneurship did not start with balance, embodiment, or alignment. It started with exhaustion.
Before this business, my life looked like so many women’s lives.
I worked in fast-paced environments, fueled myself with coffee, and constantly pushed toward the next deadline. I was ambitious and driven, but I was disconnected from my own body.
On the outside, it looked like I had everything together.
On the inside, I felt drained and misaligned. I knew something had to change, but I did not know how to slow down without losing the success I worked so hard for.
Eventually, my body made the decision for me. Burnout forced me to stop.
The Promise I Made to Myself
That moment became the turning point. I promised myself that if I was going to build a business, it had to be one that honored who I truly was. It had to nourish my ambition and my well-being at the same time.
No more pushing through every sign my body gave me.
No more sacrificing myself in the name of productivity.
No more choosing between success and health.
This was the beginning of everything that followed.
What I Built From That Moment Forward
Since then, so much has shifted. I have:
• Built two successful 6-figure businesses
• Supported more than 100+ women in growing theirs
• Created a unique method that blends bold strategic business growth with feminine performance and alignment
Because I do not believe women should ever have to choose between growing their business and feeling good in the process. When your strategy reflects your natural energy and your feminine rhythm, business becomes something entirely different. It becomes spacious, aligned, and deeply fulfilling.
When strategy matches energy, you will grow with so much more ease. I have seen it in every woman I support.
